Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Returns are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Email us at info@nikkispride.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

  2. Include the following:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the received product (after delivery)

    • A reference image from our product listing (before)

    • A short description of the issue

Images help us verify the issue and process your request faster.

Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved and received (if needed), your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued after deducting the original shipping cost from the total order value.

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the condition of the product and nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Shipping

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup where possible.

  • In areas without pickup service, customers may be asked to self-ship. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed only with prior approval.
